White-ish 2023

Winemaker notes:
One of our favourite releases – a little more understated than our other wines but cracking all the same. This year it’s Fiano from the Riverland, hand picked early with a pinch of skin contact.

This wine is a combination of directly pressed fruit, and whole bunches that were drained off every day before being basket pressed to old oak after a week. We get a refreshing, zingy light skinsy wine that looks like a dream and is an absolute delight to drink.
