'Snapple' 2021

Winemaker notes: 
100% Pinot Gris from 2 sites in the Hilltops region, NSW. The bulk of the fruit (75%) was machine harvested and remained as whole berries in stainless steel & left to it's own devices. The remaining fruit was handpicked and carbonic macerated for 12 days & then pumped over until dry.Both parcels were then pressed & matured in old puncheons for 6 months until they were blended & bottled. 

Snapple, stewed apple, iced tea. Very limited!

Farmed organically though not certified & machine harvested from Hilltops, NSW. Unfined & unfiltered.
