Pash & Pop 2023

Winemaker notes:
That time of year when we remind you we were all 16 once. The time of year where there’s sunshine and flowers and picnics with friends and everything is beautiful in the world and we can just celebrate and drink tasty juice with a lovely fizz to it.

Pash & Pop is our orange pét nat. Zibibbo and Vermentino were given a quick skin fermentation, then gently basket pressed and finished in bottle for a delicate fizz.

On the pallet it's all passiona, with a great balance of fruitiness and citrus freshness.

As with all our wines, this wine is made from grapes only with no additives whatsoever. It is carefully made by hand with little in the way of machinery and laboriously fussed over to ensure the best result possible.
