'Yé-Yé Blanc' 2021

Winemaker notes:
Riesling is at the heart of this blend that comes from a vineyard 15 km south-west of Mt Barker and is blended with old vine, dry-grown Gewürztraminer and a splash of skin-contact Gruner Veltliner. The perfect balance of texture, fragrance and plush fruit. Inviting on the nose with florals, citrus pith, lemon and ripe pear and apple. It's easy-drinking but with loads of interest and fun.

La Violetta began producing small quantities of wine at Denmark, on Western Australia's south coast, in 2008. Grapes are sourced from a handful of trusted growers with exceptional vineyards, some amongst the oldest in the state. The idea is to keep production at a small scale so that each wine is personally hand-crafted.
