Half Full Red 2023

Winemaker notes:
Fruit is destemmed and left as whole berries. A cold soak is followed by fermentation using native yeast.

The jumping juice half full was born in 2010 from a long-held desire for a red wine that possessed the vitality and tension of a white. It’s the wine that was missing after returning home to australia after years wandering and wineding our way across europe. The next iteration was inspired by a winery mishap where a previous vintage was blended with some very fine grenache. The resulting wine was so delicious we had to do it again. This wine is so bright, so detailed and all so drinkable. Very bright raspberries, fresh summer fruits, hint of spice and a very long finish.
