Kuitpo Riesling 6 days on skins. Handpicked, foot stomped & gently hand plunged for wild fermentation on skins. After 23 days total maceration it is pressed to old 600L oak puncheons for 10 month maturation on lees. Pepper and herbs with a sea salt spray finish. Orange wine at its finest.

Pronounced "pop-el-vei", vej is the Danish word for street and poppel træ is Danish for poplar tree. Poppelvej is the street of poplars, named after the street in Denmark where sommelier-turned-winemaker Uffe grew up.
