Grown in South Gippsland by the team at Bass River, this is our 2nd vintage of working with Frank and his family.
The fruit was 100% hand picked, wild fermented and whole bunch pressed into old french oak barrels that were hand selected by us, along with a small inclusion of amphora. Coastal influence, creamy with beautiful fruit characters.
