100% Verdelho from certified biodynamic block in Mclaren Flat. Skin fermented for about 10 days and then pressed to a large stand up foudre. Aged on fine lees until 3 months before bottling.
BOEM, coming in hot!!! Bright, lifted, everything verdelho can bring to the table, soft white fruit components. Who doesn’t want to see Alig G next to her/him at the stoplights in his fully hectic Renault Clio.
