Cabernet sauvignon, merlot, primitivo, shiraz, gewurztraminer.
Used barrique (6 year old barrels). Our take on a winter rose, hello tannin and texture. Cabernet sauvignon rose fermented on riesling skins, blended with carbonic macerated primitivo. Citrus woody tropical fruit, strawberry balsamic, redcurrant, slatey herbal nuances & juicaaayyyyy fruit. In the running for our best rose yet.
Zero sulphur added.
