Randy Mandy Pinot Blanc 2023

Winemaker notes:

Pinot Blanc. Fruity and spicey with a fleshy and textural mouth feel. Tastes of yellow peach, nectarines, and tropical fruits. The palate is rich and powerful but fresh and vibrant.

Fruit was picked and pressed straight to french oak for barrel fermentation. The wine was lees stirred to build structure and keep things fresh. Bottled without fining or filtration and with minimal sulphides.
