Pétillant Naturel Blanc 2022

Winemaker notes:
A fizzy blend of Chardonnay and Riesling from a vineyard on the banks of the Goulburn River, Seymour. Grown in alluvial sands, on the banks of the Goulburn River just outside Seymour. Farmed using organic practices with care by John. John has been practicing organic farming methods on his block for the last seven years, after a trip to Europe opened his eyes to the possibilities for his own vineyard.

Tastes of green apples, lemon lime splice icecream, grapefruit peel, sea spray burst!

Blended together, and bottled with a touch of residual sugar. Ferment went on to finish in bottle with no additions.

Minimal intervention winemaking, no added sulfur dioxide.
