Zippy, bright lemon-lime acid meets a full & round mouthfeel with vanilla bean and honeycomb. A soft, golden Pinos Gris that underwent barrel fermentation and some time in oak, perfect for a warmer day.

Aromas of lemon-lime, vanilla bean, honeycomb. Golden, bright, weighted.

6 hours of skin contact, barrel fermentation, 4 months barrel aged, lees stirred, unfiltered, unfined.
