King valley sangiovese (90%) destemmed & macerated for 7 days + grenache blanc (10%) macerated for 7 days. Elevage in neutral oak for 9 months. Blended to stainless 1 month before bottling.

All wines unfiltered, unfined & wild fermented. Alive wines to be enjoyed now...
