Clean, fun and vibrant: pure Pét Nat! Bursting with fresh red cherries, green apples and citrus fruits, and finishing with a refreshingly dry acid backbone. 

100% Heathcote Shiraz with only 6 hours on the skins to obtain a little colour and texture, unfiltered, unfined, undisgorged.

Aromas of fresh red cherries, green apples and citrus fruits. Texture of fine mousse (bubbles), sharp, dry, light grip.

Artwork - Kate Lewis painted the fruit basket full of oranges gifted to her by her neighbour during lockdown. The tree stretched over into Kate's backyard and the thoughtful neighbour passed the basket over the fence as a peace offering. We thought it was fitting to pair it with a wine made from fruit offered by equally friendly growers in a neighbouring wine region.
