Winemaker notes:
Shiraz in the POOL style - lighter, electric, touch of our 2020 vintage about it, one that we loved very much. We made six barrels of this and we didn't really like three of them, so we only kept the three that were great. Goes without saying it's a pretty small volume then. 10% Viognier from Sutherlands Creek brings light in the dark.

Shiraz from Rhymney, Vioginer from Sutherlands Creek. Wild ferment, no sulphur or additives of any kind, at any stage. No fining or filtering.
