Winemaker notes:
54% Sangiovese / 46% Syrah. 100% wild fermented and unfined. Heavy skin contact with daily plunging during fermentation. Matured on lees in-barrel for 12 months. Gently cross-flow filtered at bottling. Low sulphur. A welcoming light red, a touch of spice, just enough richness, full of cherry and berry vibes.
