‘Mimi’ Rosé 2022

Winemaker notes: 
Mimi is our fiery little redhead; Nectarine, peach, citrus and fun, Mimi is as fresh as they come and only a little bit naughty.

Born and sourced from the Heathcote hills, hand harvested & whole bunch pressed direct to old french oak hogs head barrels undergoing fermentation through indigenous yeasts. Left alone to grow up for 6 months - no intervention, just regular topping. Will grow up to be a real beauty.

Tastes of lemon blossom, grapefruit, white peach, nectarine.

Some SO2 added prior to bottling. Unfined & Unfiltered. Vegan Friendly
