Winemaker notes:
Highest vineyard in Australia at 1306m above sea level. The soil is grey basalt. Planted exclusively to Pinot Noir and farmed organically. Whole bunch and partial new oak. Ripe berries, rich, sour cherries, hint of herb, strong tannin.
Organic, wild yeast, not filtered or fined. 170 cases produced.
