Lemon citrus, ripe fruit and impressive acid that results in a tight and nervy palate. 100% whole bunch pressing to tank for settling overnight before racking off solids to barrel. The wine spent 11 months in French oak, 20% new. Organic with biodynamic practices. 100 dozen bottles produced.
