The Gamay is all from Robert Surmann’s vineyard in Totness. It was carbonically fermented for five days in a 2400L wooden barrel, when was transferred to 800L terracotta eggs for the rest of its journey into bottle.
This shares the warmth of your first crush, drunken on the streets of Beaujolais, wine-lipsticked and smiling with a lost shoe and a new love. Happiness can always be found in a bottle of Gamay!
