Field Blend (red/white blend) 2022

Winemaker notes:
The 2021 Field Blend is the combination of Pinot Meunier, Friulano, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Traminer and small parcels of Kerner, Muscat Ottonel, Erenfelser, Scheurebe, Siegerrebe, Rotgipfler and Zierfandlers. All from the organically farmed Celeste Vineyard in the Whitlands, Victoria.

These grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed, spending 13 weeks on skins before being pressed and transferred into old French oak where it went through weekly batonnage.

Bottled by hand. Unfiltered. Unfined. 346 bottles produced.
