60% Shiraz from the recently converted organic vineyards in McLaren Vale and 40% Pinot Gris. The Gris spent two weeks on skins before the shiraz whole bunches were thrown in the ferment and sealed up and gassed for 6 days. The resulting wine is medium bodied with a wonderful lift and orange wine like tannin. A very fun take on McLaren Shiraz.
