Rosé 2020
Tasting notes:
Gorgeous colour - if a rose quartz and a citrine stone had a baby this is it. Crisp, delicate, light, fresh and vibrant. A subtle sweetness and slight carbonation, this rosé is a real winner - full of life.
We ate with: Cheese + crackers
We listened to: Good conversation
Winemaker notes:
The grapes all hail from the Mornington Peninsula where half is tempranillo from Hickinbotham Vineyards and the other half Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Karina. It's a zippy little number with fine acidity but a generosity of red fruit coming from the Merlot. Bottled unfiltered and un-fined. 160 dozen made. Varieties - Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot.
