Equinox 2022

Winemaker notes: 
Fruit from the North West, Tamar and Coal River Valley, parcels of Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer were picked between 11.5 and 12.5 baume. Fermented on skins in an open fermenter before being sealed for a total of 75 days. Pressed and matured on lees for a further 60 days in tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered with no added sulphur.
